Daniel L. Wollenberg

President & COO

Daniel brings over 22 years of experience in the delivery of Global BPO/IT services to the Financial Services industry.  Prior to joining FDI, Daniel was responsible for executing transformational strategies, driven largely by Business Process/IT outsourcing and Call Center optimization, in his roles as: Managing Partner - WNS Global Services, SVP - Business Transformation with Huntington Bank, Managing Director - Global Business Transformation practice with Unisys, and Regional Vice President with Covansys.  Mr. Wollenberg received a B.S. from Illinois State University in Computer Science and Economics.





Beverly DeVine

Executive VP Strategy, Product & Service Development

Bev is viewed within the industry as an expert in the title and registration requirements of lenders and lessors.  She has extensive experience in the development and operation of outsourced vehicle administrative services.  Bev has been with triVIN/FDI Collateral Management since 2000, when eVIN, where she was President, was acquired by triVIN.  Her focus is currently on new product development and strategic growth.  Prior to eVin she was with PDP Group for 18 years, a provider of commercial and specialty insurance products, vehicle insurance tracking and title management services, last serving as EVP and CIO for that organization.  

Bev was a key member of the ANSI X12 Task Group responsible the development of Electronic Data Interface for insurers and lenders, currently serves as a board member of the National Title Solutions Forum, since 2005, and have been a member or AAMVA’s (American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrator) Industry Advisory Board since 2007.  Bev has a Bachelors of Science degree from York College of Pennsylvania.



     

James Pierce

Senior VP Sales & Marketing

Jim has played a key role for FDI since joining the company in 1995. Over the past 15 years, Jim has been responsible for much of FDI’s Sales and Marketing activities, including establishing partnerships with some of the largest and most influential organizations in the Auto Finance and Captive Client industries.   Additionally, Jim continues to play a vital role regarding process/product development for Electronic Lien and Titling (ELT) and the overall title administration industry.




Randy Purvis

Senior VP Operations

Randy joined FDI May of 2007.  He brings over 20 years experience managing and overseeing all aspects within operations.  Prior to joining FDI, Randy was responsible for the management of an E-Commerce service at New Media Merchants and The Knot Inc., which included developing a support service team to manage inbound customer service and order calls, back office inventory and warehousing and vendor management.  In addition, he has held senior management positions at FedEx and BHP where his primary focus was on managing operations that supported high volume work flows and customer service teams.





Shari Ballou

VP Human Resource Development

Shari joined FDI in February 2002.  She holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources with California Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute and is a member of SHRM.  She is a graduate of Golden Gate University and holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management.  Shari has more than 15 years experience in Human Resource Leadership and Recruitment.  Before coming to FDI she worked in industries that include Financial, IT Outsourcing and Internet Vehicle Sales.





Tony Panganiban

VP Finance

20 years of controllership experience primarily with fast growing high volume companies. 
Public accounting experience at Grant Thornton, LLC (San Jose, Ca.). With FDI since September 2001.




Steven Paine

VP Technology

Has successfully led the development of innovative software solutions for General Electric and early stage companies for more than 20 years. With FDI since August 2005. 




Floyd Bates

VP Quality Systems

Floyd is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 20 years experience in a variety of industries including Financial, Manufacturing, Government, Software, and Management Consulting. His areas of expertise include Corporate Quality Implementation, Six Sigma, Project/Program Management, Process/Operational Excellence, and Audit/Compliance. Mr. Bates received a B.S. from Drake University in Mathematics and Computer Science.
