President & COO

Daniel brings to FDI over 22 years experience in business transformation in the areas of Business Process Outsoucing and Information Technology.  Prior to joing FDI he was Global Head of WNS' Businss Transformation Services.   Daniel was responsible for developing and implementing transformational strategies, driven largely by Business Process and IT Outsoursing in his roles as SVP, Business Transformation with Huntington Bank, Managing Director in a Global Business Transformation practice with Unisys, and Regional Vice President with Covansys.

Beverly DeVine

Executive VP Business Development - triVIN

More than 25 years experience in the development and operation of outsourced administrative services.  Beverly is viewed within the industry as an expert in  title and registration requirements of lenders and lessors.  She has been with triVIN since 1998.

Cliff Thompson

Executive VP Business Development

More than 25 years experience in the global automotive finance information technology industry.  Prior to joining FDI, Cliff held senior management positions at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and Fidelity National Information Services (FIS).

James Pierce

Senior VP Sales & Marketing

Has been responsible for FDI's sales and marketing activity since 1995.

Has played a vital role in the development of both the ELT and title administration industries.

Randy Purvis

Senior VP Operations

Over 20 years of operations and management experience within both multi-national and E-commerce corporations, including FedEx, BHP, and The Knot Inc. Joined FDI in May 2007.

Shari Ballou

VP Human Resource Development

More than 14 years of Human Resources experience in various industries including financial, IT outsourcing and internet vehicle sales. SPHR-CA certified. With FDI since February 2002.

Tony Panganiban

VP Finance

20 years of controllership experience primarily with fast growing high volume companies. 
Public accounting experience at Grant Thornton, LLC (San Jose, Ca.). With FDI since September 2001.

Steven Paine

VP Technology

Has successfully led the development of innovative software solutions for General Electric and early stage companies for more than 20 years. With FDI since August 2005. 

Floyd Bates

A Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 20 years of experience in a variety of industries including Banking, Insurance, Government, Manufacturing, Software, Telecom and Aerospace.  Joined FDI in March 2008.
