FDI Collateral Management (FDI) is pleased to announce that as of July 21, 2009, FDI is “live” with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Electronic Lien and Title (ELT) solution! One of FDI’s major customers was the sole lender participant in TxDOT’s pilot of their ELT program. As a result, FDI had the opportunity to share with TxDOT our significant experience and domain knowledge in developing ELT programs and to work closely with TxDOT and the participating lender to ensure the effective launch of this product. TxDOT’s ELT pilot period has now been successfully completed and the participating pilot lender as well as more than 25 other new and existing FDI business partners that have successfully completed ELT testing with TxDOT, are ready to go into full production on the 21st. As the first production ELT provider in the state, FDI is excited that this project was successfully completed within the requirements and schedule as established by TxDOT. This event is a significant milestone in the evolution of Electronic Lien and Title. FDI is delighted that we have been able to play an integral role in this program and look forward to the mutual benefit that the program will achieve for both Texas and the participating lenders.
