have been working diligently over the past few years

As President and COO of FDI,
I take personal pride in bringing to you our newest Collateral
Management System
platform -- CMS. This product is
designed to bring the industry an even more insightful and intuitive
application
to help you manage your portfolio collateral which is closely linked to
the
state agencies that process titles, and those who have implemented
Electronic
Lien and Title (ELT) programs. During
this process, we spent time working with our current clients to improve
our
interfaces and reports to align even better with the back office
environment of
our lienholders.
While the economy is
beginning to show signs of recovery, many challenges remain for the
vehicle
finance industry. We look forward to
working
with you as the industry emerges from this downturn in 2010. FDI has implemented several new products and
services
to assist lienholders in the areas of repossessions, lien placement,
client
facing title maintenance tools, post-payoff account servicing tools and
direct
finance title and registration services.
