FDI created the first commercially available paperless title tracking system, and were among the first to provide full-service vehicle title management. Other vendors may provide specialty in one field, while outsourcing other tasks to outside vendors. FDI has proven that title administration is most effective when each of the steps is created, mastered and supported in-house.
FDI maintains strong relationships with key motor vehicle administrators to encourage the use of electronic processes. We have found that if our customers have a significant need for an electronic or automated process, we can influence positive changes by working together toward a common goal.
Innovation
A SHIFT in innovation. While consulting for one of the largest credit unions in California, FDI developed a paperless title transfer system with the credit union and California DMV. Within several years, FDI encouraged additional states to participate in this new and exciting electronic process. We now provide paperless title processes in all 11 "electronic" states.
